you will be successfulEssential DutiesLawLers Barbecue Assistant Manager Provide strong general leadership to employees and other onsite managementAssist in the hiring, onboarding, training, and oversight of new team membersCreate, monitor, and maintain team members scheduling to ensure coverageOrder food, supplies, and all other items of replenishment for the restaurantEnsure food, supply, and personnel budgets are maintained and effectively managedFunction on occasion as Cashier, Food Prep, and Drive-Thru AttendantProvide customer service to meet our guests' needs and give them a reason to come backEnsure the restaurant is clean and tidy, leaving a strong guest impressionAny other duties as assigned by a member of the LawLers Leadership TeamCore Competency of the Candidate Must have a strong passion for teamwork and customer serviceBe internally motivated; driven by the overall purpose of the brandMust have dependable transportationAble to lift a minimum of 25lbsBending, stooping, standing entire shift; with a willingness to scrub and clean when neededAble to withstand high pressure situations in a fast-paced environmentMust be courteous and politeLawLers Barbecue Assistant Manager Recommended Skills Customer Service Financial Management Leadership Passionate Team Working Onboarding Apply to this job.
